• You can return your item within 24 hrs, processing, delivery and contained task fees applies.
  • Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and tags still attached.
  • Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Being made-to-order, we can not accept returns of personalized items.
  • Once your return has been checked and processed by our warehouse you will be notified by e-mail. The refund will be processed to the credit/debit card or account originally used for payment. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank.
